Matter Lösungen Wago ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our services, in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our service, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. **Identification of the copyrighted work:** Clearly identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. **Identification of the infringing material:** Provide specific information about the material you claim is infringing and its location on our services (e.g., URL or other specific identifying information) that is sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  3. **Contact Information:** Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. **Good Faith Belief Statement:** A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. **Accuracy Statement:** A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. **Signature:** A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • **Identification of Removed Material:** Identify the specific material that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • **Good Faith Belief Statement:** A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • **Your Contact Information:** Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • **Consent to Jurisdiction:** A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Matter Lösungen Wago may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • **Signature:** Your physical or electronic signature.
